About you

You are studying with passion in the field of design. You are endlessly creative with a strong passion for (digital) product design that is done the right way. To you, that means a solid design process in which you collaborate closely with others.

An internship at Hike One allows you to tackle complex design problems for clients in which your input and work directly affect the outcome. You shouldn't worry, we understand that you may be rough around the edges as a designer, which is why we see an internship at Hike One as an extensive learning experience as well. We are here to support you in your development as a designer any way we possibly can. From creative sessions, spirited coffee discussions, insights and constructive critiques of your work along the way, we are there for you and your project.

You currently live in the Netherlands and want to be a part of our team in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. You can speak Dutch and English and you are enrolled at a Dutch university/ HBO.

About the internship

As interaction design intern you will be:

• Designing for a variety of contexts, from car selling platforms to multimedia service providers.

• Crave feedback from peers and clients because you are always looking to improve the way you work.

• Testing your ideas with the people for whom you design them for.

• Voicing your opinion to colleagues and you are not shy in asking questions.

• Understand how your design decisions will impact development.

• Keep yourself busy by staying on top of the latest tools and trends.
